Will Carr
Pastor
Will graduated from Blue Mountain College with a degree in Christian Ministry. Will has been serving in ministry for 8 years. He has a passion to make disciples and encourage others to grow in their spiritual walks. He desires to shepherd and love the flock while preaching God’s Word. Will serves alongside his wife Kelsey.
Michael Steen
Music Director
Michael graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He grew up in Independence and attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church for the majority of his life. That is where his passion for music began. His desire is to consistently use the gift of music to prepare the hearts of the choir and congregation by leading them into a time of worship and glorifying God. Michael and his wife, Staci, have two daughters – Savannah and Chloe.
